Dribbling - sole rolls foundation
Player uses the sole of the foot to roll the ball side to side in a continuous motion. Use this as a dribbling foundation drill to improve close control, coordination, and comfort changing direction.

Dribbling – toe taps forwards
Player alternates both feet to tap the top of the ball while progressing forward. This drill improves coordination, rhythm, balance, and control while moving with the ball.

Dribbling – toe taps backwards
Player alternates both feet to tap the top of the ball while moving backwards. This drill improves coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and control when moving away from pressure.

Dribbling – roll stepover
Player uses the sole to roll the ball across the body and then performs a step over before moving forward. This drill improves coordination, deception, and control when combining moves during dribbling.

Dribbling – L drag push
Player drags the ball back using the sole and then pushes it out to the side to form an L-shape movement while progressing forward. This drill improves directional change, control, and coordination during dribbling.

Dribbling – backwards L drag
Player drags the ball back and across the body using the sole to form an L-shape while moving backwards. This drill improves control, balance, and the ability to change direction while retreating.

Dribbling – inside foot V cut
Player pulls the ball back and then pushes it out diagonally using the inside of the foot to create a V-shape movement. This drill improves directional change, control, and coordination during dribbling.

Dribbling – outside foot V cut
Player pulls the ball back and then pushes it out diagonally using the outside of the foot to form a V-shape movement. This drill improves directional change, control, and coordination during dribbling.

Dribbling – alternating V cuts
Player alternates between both feet to perform V-cut movements, pulling the ball back and pushing it out diagonally in a continuous pattern. This drill improves coordination, rhythm, and directional change while dribbling.

Dribbling – stepover La Croqueta
Player executes a step over to fake direction, then shifts the ball across the body using a La Croqueta movement. This drill improves deception, coordination, and the ability to link skill moves smoothly.

Dribbling – Left inside pull push
Player uses the inside of the left foot to pull the ball back and then push it forward in a repeated pattern while moving ahead. This drill improves one-foot control, coordination, and dribbling rhythm.

Dribbling – Right inside pull push
Player uses the inside of the right foot to pull the ball back and then push it forward in a repeated pattern while moving ahead. This drill improves one-foot control, coordination, and dribbling rhythm.

Dribbling – Right outside pull push
Player uses the outside of the right foot to pull the ball slightly across and then push it forward in a repeated pattern while moving ahead. This drill improves one-foot control, coordination, and the ability to manipulate the ball using the outside surface.

Dribbling – Left outside pull push
Player uses the outside of the left foot to pull the ball slightly across and then push it forward in a repeated pattern while moving ahead. This drill improves one-foot control, coordination, and the ability to manipulate the ball using the outside surface.

Dribbling – L drag push right lead
Player drags the ball back using the sole and then pushes it out to the right side to form an L-shape movement. This drill improves directional change, control, and coordination when attacking to the right side.

Dribbling – L drag push left lead
Player drags the ball back using the sole and then pushes it out to the left side to form an L-shape movement. This drill improves directional change, control, and coordination when attacking to the left side.

Dribbling – outside foot stepover
Player uses the outside of the foot to circle around the ball in a step over motion while moving forward. This drill improves coordination, deception, and control when performing step over movements at speed.

Dribbling - zig zag main drill
Player moves the ball forward in a zig-zag pattern by alternating direction with controlled touches. Use this as a main dribbling drill to practise close control and direction changes.

Dribbling - zig zag one touch challenge
Player moves the ball forward in a zig-zag pattern using one touch per change of direction. Use this as a challenge drill to improve quick decision-making, speed control, and efficient direction changes.

Dribbling – zig zag acceleration
Player moves the ball in a zig-zag pattern and accelerates after each turn. This drill improves change of direction, speed, and the ability to explode out of turns while maintaining control.

Dribbling – fast lane dribble
Player drives forward with the ball in a straight lane using quick, controlled touches. This drill improves running control, speed, and the ability to maintain possession while sprinting.

Dribbling – one touch controlled lane dribble
Player moves forward in a straight lane using one controlled touch per step. This drill improves touch consistency, running control, and the ability to keep the ball close at speed.

Dribbling – Left single leg weave
Player uses only the left foot to move the ball in a weaving pattern, alternating inside and outside touches while progressing forward. This drill improves one-foot control, coordination, and dribbling precision.

Dribbling – outside foot only
Player moves forward with the ball using only repeated outside-foot touches. This drill improves control, running rhythm, and confidence dribbling at speed with one touch surface.

Dribbling – Right two touch outside inside
Player uses the right foot to perform a two-touch dribbling pattern, touching the ball with the outside and then the inside while moving forward. This drill improves control, coordination, and rhythm when dribbling with one foot.

Dribbling – Left two touch outside inside
Player uses the left foot to perform a two-touch dribbling pattern, touching the ball with the outside and then the inside while moving forward. This drill improves control, coordination, and rhythm when dribbling with one foot.

Dribbling – La Croqueta
Player shifts the ball quickly from one foot to the other using inside touches while moving forward. This drill improves lateral movement, close control, and the ability to beat an opponent with quick side-to-side touches.

Dribbling - inside inside foundation
Player repeats inside-foot touches while moving with the ball. Use this as a dribbling foundation drill to build touch rhythm, close control, and confidence before harder changes of direction.

Dribbling – Croqueta outside left
Player shifts the ball from one foot to the other using a Croqueta movement, then uses the outside of the left foot to push the ball forward. This drill improves lateral movement, transition speed, and control when exiting a move.

Dribbling – Croqueta outside right
Player shifts the ball from one foot to the other using a Croqueta movement, then uses the outside of the right foot to push the ball forward. This drill improves lateral movement, transition speed, and control when exiting a move.

Dribbling – outside inside
Player alternates outside and inside touches while moving forward, using both feet to keep the ball under close control. This drill improves coordination, rhythm, and directional control during dribbling.

Dribbling - sole roll stop foundation
Player rolls the ball forward with the sole, stops it under control, and repeats the movement. Use this as a foundation drill for deceleration, close control, and stopping the ball while dribbling.

Dribbling – Right single leg weave
Player uses only the right foot to move the ball in a weaving pattern, alternating inside and outside touches while progressing forward. This drill improves one-foot control, coordination, and dribbling precision.
