Player moves forward with the ball using only repeated outside-foot touches. This drill improves control, running rhythm, and confidence dribbling at speed with one touch surface.

  • Use only the outside of the foot for every touch
  • Keep the ball close while moving forward
  • Stay balanced and keep a steady running rhythm
  • Push the ball into space without overhitting it

Common mistakes

  • Using the inside of the foot by accident

  • Taking uneven touches and losing rhythm
  • Looking down too much instead of scanning forward
