Dribbling – La Croqueta
Player shifts the ball quickly from one foot to the other using inside touches while moving forward. This drill improves lateral movement, close control, and the ability to beat an opponent with quick side-to-side touches.

- Use the inside of both feet to move the ball side to side
- Keep the ball close during each touch
- Stay low and balanced when shifting direction
- Increase speed while maintaining control

- Touching the ball too far away
- Slow transition between feet

- Losing control when increasing speed
