Explore structured ball mastery football drills, soccer exercises, and individual training actions from the iSoccer library.

Ball mastery - toe taps warm up
Player performs quick toe taps on top of the ball while staying balanced and light on the feet. Use this as a warm-up drill to activate quick feet, coordination, and ball-control rhythm before technical training.

Ball mastery - sole taps warm up
Player performs controlled sole taps on the ball while keeping a steady rhythm. Use this as a warm-up drill to prepare foot speed, balance, and close-control coordination.

Ball mastery – toe taps (body turn)
Player alternates tapping the top of the ball with the toes of each foot in a steady rhythm while staying balanced over the ball with a body turn. This drill improves coordination, balance, and quick footwork.

Ball mastery – Right inside touch drag back
Player pushes the ball forward or slightly across with the inside of the right foot, then drags it back under control using the left foot. This drill improves coordination between both feet, timing, and close ball control.

Ball mastery – Left inside touch drag back
Player pushes the ball with the inside of the left foot and then pulls it back under control using the right foot. This drill improves coordination between both feet, timing, and close ball control in a small space.

Ball mastery – alternating sole rolls
Player uses the sole of each foot to roll the ball side to side across the body in a smooth rhythm. This drill improves coordination, balance, and close control using both feet.

Ball mastery – Sole roll push
Player rolls the ball across the body using the sole of the right and left foot and then pushes it forward with the inside of the same foot. This drill develops control, coordination, and smooth transitions between movements.

Ball mastery – Left pull push (Open Hip)
Player pulls the ball back and then pushes it forward using the left foot in one smooth repeated pattern. This drill improves left-foot control, coordination, and close ball mastery.

Ball mastery – Right pull push (Open Hip)
Player pulls the ball back and then pushes it forward using the right foot in a continuous pattern. This drill improves right-foot control, coordination, and smooth ball handling in a tight space.

Ball mastery – Left toe pull push
Player pulls the ball back and pushes it forward using the top (toe) of the left foot in a continuous motion. This drill improves fine control, coordination, and quick ball manipulation in tight spaces.

Ball mastery – Right toe pull push
Player pulls the ball back and pushes it forward using the top (toe) of the right foot in a continuous motion. This drill improves fine control, coordination, and quick ball manipulation in tight spaces.

Ball mastery – alternating toe pull push
Player alternates pulling the ball back and pushing it forward using the top (toe/instep) of both feet in a continuous rhythm. This drill improves coordination, quick footwork, and close ball control using both feet.

Ball mastery – Left instep push right drag back
Player pushes the ball using the instep of the left foot and then pulls it back under control with the right foot. This drill improves coordination between both feet, timing, and close ball control.

Ball mastery – Right instep push left drag back
Player pushes the ball using the instep of the right foot and then pulls it back under control with the left foot. This drill improves coordination between both feet, timing, and close ball control.

Ball mastery – Left sole push pull
Player pushes the ball forward using the sole of the left foot and then pulls it back under control with the same foot. This drill improves close control, coordination, and smooth ball manipulation in tight spaces.

Ball mastery – Right sole push pull
Player pushes the ball forward using the sole of the right foot and then pulls it back under control with the same foot. This drill improves close control, coordination, and smooth ball manipulation in tight spaces.

Ball mastery – alternating sole roll push
Player alternates between both feet, rolling the ball across the body with the sole and then pushing it using the inside of the opposite foot. This drill improves coordination, rhythm, and smooth transitions between both feet.

Ball mastery – V pull push
Player alternates between both feet, using the sole to push the ball forward and pull it back in a smooth continuous V shape pattern. This drill improves coordination, rhythm, and close ball control using both feet.

Ball mastery – V drag push
Player drags the ball back using the sole and then pushes it diagonally forward to form a V-shape pattern. This drill improves close control, directional change, and coordination in tight spaces.

Ball mastery – alternating L turns
Player alternates between both feet to drag the ball back and turn it sideways, forming an L-shape movement. This drill improves turning ability, coordination, and control in tight spaces.

Ball mastery – foundations with alternating sole roll
Player uses quick foundation touches and adds an alternating sole roll to move the ball side to side in a smooth rhythm. This drill improves close control, foot speed, coordination, and comfort combining touch surfaces in a small space.

Ball mastery – inside outside touches (Right Foot)
Player repeatedly uses the right foot to alternate inside and outside touches, keeping the ball close while building rhythm, coordination, and control between touch surfaces.
Ball mastery – inside outside touches (Left Foot)
Player repeats inside and outside touches using the left foot, focusing on close control and smooth transitions between foot surfaces to improve weaker foot coordination.

Ball mastery – inside outside touches (Both Feet)
Player alternates between right and left foot, performing inside and outside touches to develop coordination, rhythm, and balanced control across both feet.

Ball mastery - foundations warm up
Player moves the ball quickly side to side with the inside of both feet while staying balanced over the ball. Use this as a warm-up or first-touch prep drill to build rhythm, coordination, and close control in a small space.
