Exercise for Neck Pain Relief: Gently tilt the head to one side while keeping the opposite shoulder relaxed to stretch the upper trapezius muscle.
Coaching points
- Keep the shoulders relaxed and down.
- Tilt the head gently without forcing.
- Hold the stretch steadily.
- Breathe slowly during the stretch.
Common mistakes
- Pulling the head too aggressively.
- Shrugging the shoulders upward.
- Twisting the neck awkwardly.
- Holding breath during the stretch.
