Coaching points

  • Keep knees aligned over toes.
  • Only lower to a comfortable shallow depth.
  • Keep chest upright and hips controlled.
  • Move slowly through both lowering and rising phases.

  • Letting knees collapse inward.
  • Squatting too deep too early.
  • Leaning forward excessively.
  • Rushing the movement without control.
