Coaching points
- Keep knees aligned over toes.
- Only lower to a comfortable shallow depth.
- Keep chest upright and hips controlled.
- Move slowly through both lowering and rising phases.
Common mistakes
- Letting knees collapse inward.
- Squatting too deep too early.
- Leaning forward excessively.
- Rushing the movement without control.
