Exercise to ease low back pain at home: Lie on your back and gently pull one or both knees toward the chest to stretch the lower back and hips.

- Pull the knee gently toward the chest.
- Keep the head and shoulders relaxed.
- Hold the stretch without bouncing.
- Breathe slowly to relax the lower back.
Common mistakes
- Pulling too hard into discomfort.
- Lifting the neck and shoulders unnecessarily.
- Bouncing during the stretch.
- Holding breath.
