Recovery - Heel Slides
Non-Surgical ACL Tear Rehab Exercise: Lie on your back and slowly slide the heel toward the body to bend the knee, then slide it back out to straighten the leg.

Coaching points
- Slide the heel slowly and smoothly.
- Only bend the knee within a comfortable range.
- Keep the foot in line with the hip.
- Control both the bending and straightening phases.
Common mistakes
- Pulling the heel too aggressively.
- Letting the knee fall inward or outward.
- Moving too quickly.
- Forcing through pain.
