Non-Surgical ACL Tear Rehab Exercise: Lie on your back and slowly slide the heel toward the body to bend the knee, then slide it back out to straighten the leg.

  • Slide the heel slowly and smoothly.
  • Only bend the knee within a comfortable range.
  • Keep the foot in line with the hip.
  • Control both the bending and straightening phases.

Common mistakes

  • Pulling the heel too aggressively.
  • Letting the knee fall inward or outward.
  • Moving too quickly.
  • Forcing through pain.
