Passing - wall passing warm up

Player passes against a wall or partner while adjusting spacing and body shape. Use this as a warm-up or foundation drill to build passing rhythm, first touch, and clean inside-foot contact.

Step 2

Dribbling - zig zag main drill

Player moves the ball forward in a zig-zag pattern by alternating direction with controlled touches. Use this as a main dribbling drill to practise close control and direction changes.

Passing – right two touch pass

Step 4

Dribbling – inside foot V cut

Player pulls the ball back and then pushes it out diagonally using the inside of the foot to create a V-shape movement. This drill improves directional change, control, and coordination during dribbling.

Dribbling – backwards L drag

Player passes to a target, receives the return, and uses a Cruyff turn to change direction. Use this as a progression drill to combine passing, receiving, turning, and moving away from pressure.

Step 8

Turns – left Cruyff turn inside foot

Player uses the inside of the left foot to pull the ball behind the standing leg and turn sharply in the opposite direction. This drill improves deception, control, and quick directional change.
