Player moves the ball forward in a zig-zag pattern by alternating direction with controlled touches. Use this as a main dribbling drill to practise close control and direction changes.
Player uses the right foot to control the ball with the first touch and pass with the second touch. This drill improves right-foot first touch, balance, and passing accuracy.

Player pulls the ball back and then pushes it out diagonally using the inside of the foot to create a V-shape movement. This drill improves directional change, control, and coordination during dribbling.

Player drags the ball back and across the body using the sole to form an L-shape while moving backwards. This drill improves control, balance, and the ability to change direction while retreating.
Player passes to a target, receives the ball back, and uses the inside of the foot to turn into a new direction. This drill improves first touch, passing rhythm, and turning control.
