How to Use the Subscription Page

Introduction

The Subscription page is where you manage your iSoccer access, billing, invoices, plan changes, and payment settings.

Use this page to:

  • Choose Free Tier
  • Start an iSoccer Pro subscription
  • Start a Team subscription
  • Review your current plan
  • Manage billing and payment methods
  • View invoices
  • Download invoices
  • Apply eligible coupons or promotions
  • Review account credit
  • Cancel or resume a subscription
  • Schedule a plan change

Opening the Subscription Page

Open:

Subscription

from the main navigation or account area.

The page shows your current subscription status and available plans.


Subscription Detail

The Subscription Detail section shows your current billing status.

It may include:

  • Current plan
  • Subscription status
  • Plan type
  • Next billing date
  • Access end date
  • Pending plan change
  • Available credit
  • Billing warning messages

Subscription Status

Common statuses include:

Active

Your subscription is active and access is available.

Trialing

You are currently using a trial period.

Past Due

A payment issue exists, but access may still be temporarily available.

Unpaid

Payment failed and access may be blocked until resolved.

Canceled or Inactive

No active paid subscription is currently running.


Billing Warning

If there is a billing problem, a warning banner may appear.

This may happen when:

  • Payment failed
  • Invoice is unpaid
  • Subscription is past due
  • Payment method needs updating
  • Subscription setup is incomplete

Follow the warning instructions to restore or protect access.


Choose Plan

The Choose Plan section allows you to select a plan.

On mobile, plans are grouped into tabs:

  • Free Tier
  • iSoccer Pro
  • Team

On desktop, plans may be displayed side by side.


Free Tier

Free Tier is designed for users who want to start with basic access.

Free Tier may include:

  • One active personal plan
  • Free drills only
  • Basic plan execution
  • Results tracking for the active plan
  • Referral reward eligibility

Free Tier users can still earn reward points when eligible users subscribe through their referral link or shared plan.


iSoccer Pro

iSoccer Pro is for individual players, parents, or coaches who want full personal access.

iSoccer Pro may include:

  • Unlimited personal plans
  • Premium drill access
  • Plan creation
  • Plan execution
  • Results tracking
  • Rewards
  • Sharing features

Team Subscription

Team plans are designed for clubs, coaches, academies, or groups.

A Team subscription allows a Team Owner to manage access for multiple members.

Team plans may include:

  • Team billing
  • Team seats
  • Assigned team plans
  • Team member access
  • Team plan execution
  • Team plan import permissions

Team Seats

When starting a Team subscription, choose the number of seats.

Current seat range:

Minimum: 5
Maximum: 120

Seats control how many team members can be managed under the Team subscription.

Team seat changes may be managed from the Team area after the subscription is active.


Starting a Subscription

To start a subscription:

  1. Choose a plan.
  2. Review any trial, coupon, or promotion message.
  3. Select:
Start subscription
  1. Complete checkout.
  2. Return to iSoccer after payment or setup is complete.

14-Day Free Trial

A 14-day trial may be available for new paid individual subscriptions.

The trial is only available when eligible.

A trial may not be available when:

  • You choose Free Tier
  • You choose a Team plan
  • You use an admin coupon
  • A marketing promotion is active
  • You already have subscription history

If the trial is available, you can choose whether to use it before checkout.


Coupons and Promotions

The Subscription page may show available coupons or promotions.

There are several possible discount types:

  • Admin coupon
  • Marketing promotion
  • Referral discount

Admin Coupons

Admin coupons are assigned directly to your account.

If available, they appear in the Subscription page.

Admin coupons may be limited to:

  • Individual plans only
  • Team plans only
  • Monthly plans only
  • A fixed number of months

Admin coupons are applied automatically at checkout when eligible.


Marketing Promotions

Marketing promotions may appear on selected plans.

They can show:

  • Discount percentage
  • Promotion title
  • Promotion code
  • Discount duration
  • Expiry countdown

Marketing promotions are applied automatically at checkout.

Marketing promotions cannot usually be combined with Free Trial or admin coupons.


Referral Discount

A referral discount may be available if you joined through:

  • A referral link
  • A shared plan

The Subscription page may show whether the referral discount is available.

If you choose Free Tier first, the referral discount may be reserved for your first paid subscription.


Current Plan

The Current Plan section shows your active subscription.

It may show:

  • Plan price
  • Billing interval
  • Product name
  • Subscription type
  • Status
  • Next billing date

If you are on a legacy price, the page may explain that new purchases use the latest pricing.


Changing Plans

If you already have an active subscription, you may be able to select a different plan.

Depending on the change, iSoccer may:

  • Start the new plan immediately
  • Schedule the change for the next billing period
  • Block the change if another change is already pending

Pending Plan Change

If a future plan change is already scheduled, the Subscription page shows:

  • Next plan
  • Effective date
  • Option to cancel the pending change

You may need to cancel a pending plan change before choosing another plan.


Switching from Individual to Team

Switching from an Individual plan to a Team plan may begin immediately through checkout.

After switching, Team management features become available to the Team Owner.


Switching from Team to Individual

A Team Owner switching back to an Individual plan may have the change scheduled for the end of the current billing period.

Team access may continue until the effective date.


Team Member Billing

If you are a Team Member, your subscription is managed by your Team Owner.

This means:

  • You cannot change plans from the Subscription page
  • You cannot manage billing directly
  • You may see the Team Owner information
  • Your access depends on the team subscription

Pending Team Subscription

If you have accepted a team invite while still on an individual plan, you may see a pending Team subscription message.

This means your individual plan will end and Team access will begin on the scheduled date.

Billing will then be managed by the Team Owner.


Cancel Subscription

If you have an active subscription, you can cancel renewal.

Select:

Cancel subscription

This usually ends access at the end of the current billing period.

If a pending plan change exists, cancellation may also remove the pending change.


Resume Subscription

If your subscription is scheduled to cancel, you may see:

Resume subscription

Use this before the access end date if you want to keep the subscription active.


Payment Methods and Billing Portal

Use:

Manage Payment Methods & Billing

to open the billing portal.

The billing portal can help you:

  • Update payment method
  • Review billing details
  • Manage invoices
  • Fix payment issues

If payment is overdue, the button may show a stronger message such as:

Fix Payment Method & Pay Invoice

Outstanding Invoices

If payment is past due or unpaid, the page may show:

Pay Outstanding Invoice

Use this to open the latest unpaid invoice and complete payment.


Available Credit

If your account has billing credit, it appears in the Subscription Detail section.

Credit is automatically applied to your next eligible invoice.

Credit may come from:

  • Plan changes
  • Subscription adjustments
  • Billing corrections

Invoices

The Subscription page includes invoice history.

Invoices may be grouped as:

  • Paid
  • Due
  • Other

Each invoice may show:

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period start
  • Billing period end
  • Status
  • Amount

Downloading Invoices

You can select invoices and download them.

If one invoice is selected, it may download as:

invoice.pdf

If multiple invoices are selected, they may download as:

invoices.zip

Load More Invoices

If you have many invoices, use:

Load More

to view older records.


Mobile Version

On mobile, the Subscription page uses a simplified layout.

You may see:

  • Plan tabs
  • Invoice cards
  • Full-width action buttons
  • Collapsed invoice sections
  • Sticky start subscription action

This makes billing actions easier on smaller screens.


Best Practices

To manage your subscription safely:

  • Review your current plan before switching.
  • Check the next billing date before canceling.
  • Download invoices when needed for records.
  • Fix past due invoices quickly.
  • Review coupons before checkout.
  • Use Free Tier if you are not ready for a paid plan.
  • Use Team plans only when you need member seats.
  • Team Members should contact their Team Owner for billing changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I change my plan?

Possible reasons include:

  • You are a Team Member
  • A pending plan change already exists
  • Subscription is past due or unpaid
  • A scheduled seat change blocks the switch
  • Billing is managed by your Team Owner

Why can’t I use the free trial?

The free trial may not be available if:

  • You selected Free Tier
  • You selected a Team plan
  • You are using a coupon
  • A marketing promotion is active
  • You are not a brand new paid subscriber

Why is billing locked for me?

Billing is locked when your subscription is managed by a Team Owner or when you are scheduled to move into a Team subscription.


What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription usually remains active until the end of the current billing period.

After that date, paid access ends unless you resume before cancellation takes effect.


What happens to my credit?

Available credit is automatically applied to a future eligible invoice.


Can I download old invoices?

Yes.

Use the invoice section to select invoices and download them.


Can Free Tier users earn reward points?

Yes.

Free Tier users can earn referral-related reward points when eligible users become valid subscribers through their referral link or shared plan.
