iSoccer is an online soccer training platform that helps players, coaches, teams, and academies create training plans, complete guided training sessions, track progress, earn rewards, and manage player development.


Who can use iSoccer?

iSoccer is designed for:

Do I need soccer experience to use iSoccer?

No.

iSoccer supports users of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.

Training plans can be customised to suit different ages, positions, and experience levels.


Plans and Training

How many plans can I create?

This depends on your subscription type.

Free Tier users can create one active personal plan.

Paid subscribers can create multiple plans.


Can I edit a plan after creating it?

Yes.

Plans can be edited and updated after creation.

Changes will apply to future training sessions.


Can I delete a plan?

Some plans can be archived or removed depending on their status and training history.

Completed training records remain protected to preserve training history.


Can I use both personal plans and team plans?

Yes.

Personal plans and assigned team plans can exist at the same time.

Both contribute to your overall training history.


Do assigned team plans affect my results?

Yes.

Assigned plans contribute to:

  • Training history
  • Results
  • Awards
  • Progress tracking

Subscription Questions

Do I need a subscription?

Yes.

To create and run plans, users must either:

  • Select Free Tier
  • Subscribe to an Individual Plan
  • Join a Team Subscription

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

After expiry:

  • Premium access may be removed.
  • Team access may be removed.
  • Training history remains available.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes.

Subscriptions can be upgraded at any time.


Can I switch from Individual to Team?

Yes.

Team membership transitions are supported.

In some situations, membership may initially appear as pending while billing transitions are processed.


Rewards and Vouchers

How do I earn reward points?

Reward points may be earned through:

  • Referrals
  • Shared plans
  • Eligible promotions
  • Network growth rewards
  • Future reward campaigns

What are Claimable Points?

Claimable Points are rewards that have been earned but have not yet been transferred into your Available Points balance such as weekly exercise reward


How often are rewards processed?

Some rewards are processed immediately, while others may be processed according to scheduled reward calculations. normally it is running on every monday in Australia Melbourne time.


Can I convert reward points into cash?

No.

Reward points are intended for use within the iSoccer reward ecosystem.


What is the current voucher conversion rate?

At the time of writing:

100 reward points = $1 AUD

Always review the Rewards page for the latest information.


What is the minimum voucher redemption amount?

Currently:

500 reward points

are required to create a voucher.


Can I gift a voucher to someone else?

Yes.

Vouchers may be gifted to other users.

Always review the current voucher rules before transferring a voucher.


Team Questions

Can I belong to more than one team?

Players can only belong to one active team at a time.

Team Owners may manage multiple teams.


Do Team Members need their own paid subscription?

No.

Team Members receive access through the Team Subscription while membership remains active.


What happens if I leave a team?

You will lose team-related access when membership ends.

However:

  • Personal plans remain available.
  • Personal results remain available.
  • Personal rewards remain available.

Can Team Owners see my training activity?

Depending on privacy settings and team reporting requirements, Team Owners may have visibility into team-related training activity.


Account and Security

Can I change my email address?

Yes.

The new email address must not already belong to another iSoccer account.

Email verification is required before the change becomes active.


Can I change my password?

Yes.

Password updates can be completed from your Profile page.


Will I lose my data if I change my password?

No.

Changing your password does not affect plans, results, subscriptions, or rewards.


Support

How do I contact Support?

Open:

My Ticket → Create Ticket

and submit a support request.


Can I reply to an existing ticket?

Yes.

You can continue communicating through the same support ticket.


How quickly will Support respond?

Response times vary depending on issue complexity and support volume.
