How to Use the My Team Page
Introduction
The My Team page is where Team Owners and Team Members manage team access, team plans, messages, statements, leaderboards, and training activity.
What you see depends on your role:
- Team Owner
- Team Member
- Invited user
- User with no team access
Team Owner View
Team Owners can manage teams, seats, members, plans, messages, and reports.
Seats
Seats control how many people can belong to your Team subscription.
Seat usage may include:
- Team Owner
- Active members
- Pending members
- Invited members
The page shows:
- Total seats
- Used seats
- Remaining seats
Changing Seats
Team Owners can request a seat change.
Increasing seats may apply immediately.
Decreasing seats may be scheduled for the next billing period.
Seat limits:
Minimum: 5
Maximum: 120
If a pending plan switch exists, some seat changes may be blocked until the pending change is resolved.
Teams
A Team Owner can create separate teams.
Examples:

U15 Academy
Senior Group
Goalkeeper Squad
Each team can have its own:
- Members
- Team plans
- Messages
- Leaderboard
- Team statement
Creating a Team
Enter a team name and select:
Create Team
The team will appear in your team list.
Renaming a Team
Expand a team and choose the rename option.
Enter the new name and save.
Inviting Members
To invite a member:
- Expand a team.
- Enter the member email address.
- Send the invitation.
- Share the invitation link if needed.
The invited user can accept or reject the invite.
Member Status
Members may appear as:
Active
The member has active team access.
Pending
The member has accepted or is waiting for team access to begin.
Invited
The invitation has been sent but not accepted yet.
Rejected
The invitation was rejected.
Team Plans
Team Plans are plans published from the Team Owner’s personal plans.
Team Owners can:
- View team plans
- Assign plans to members
- Review plan execution
- Manage access
- View assigned counts
Assigning Team Plans
To assign a plan:
- Open the team plan.
- Select Assign Members.
- Choose active or pending members.
- Save the assignment.
Only eligible members with user accounts can be assigned.
Team Plan Execution
The execution view shows how members are using a team plan.
It may include:
- Assigned players
- Active players
- Inactive players
- Completion rate
- Total minutes
- Total touches
- Total volume
You can filter by:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- All time
- Custom date range
Player Execution Detail
Select a player in the execution view to see detailed activity for that team plan.
This may show:
- Sessions
- Minutes
- Touches
- Volume
- Completed runs
Team Statement
The Team Statement shows team training history.
It can include:
- Team plan runs
- Personal plan runs
- Player name
- Plan name
- Steps
- Minutes
- Touches
- Volume
Filters may include:
- Date range
- Player
- Source type
Source types:
- All plans
- Team plans only
- Personal plans only
Export Team Statement
Team Owners can export the Team Statement.
Available formats may include:
- CSV
Use exports for coach review, reporting, or team records.
Run Detail
Select a run in the Team Statement to view drill-by-drill details.
Run Detail may show:
- Drill order
- Drill title
- Elapsed seconds
- Repetitions
- Sets
- Touches
- Volume
Team Leaderboard
The Team Leaderboard ranks members by training activity.
It may include:
- Activity points
- Sessions
- Active days
- Minutes
- Touches
- Volume
- Last activity
Use the leaderboard to encourage consistency and compare training activity.
Team Messages
Team Messages are announcements and replies for a team.
Team Owners can:
- Create announcements
- Pin important messages
- Archive old messages
- Delete messages
- Read replies
Team Members can reply to active messages.
Unread messages may be highlighted.
Team Member View
Team Members can use the My Team page to view their team access, assigned plans, team messages, leaderboard, and statement settings.
Accepting an Invitation
If you receive a team invite, you can accept it from the My Team page.
If you currently have an individual subscription, team access may start after your current subscription period ends.
Rejecting an Invitation
You can reject an invitation if you do not want to join the team.
You may still be invited again later.
Leaving a Team
Team Members can leave a team.
Leaving a team ends team subscription access immediately.
Assigned Team Plans
Assigned Team Plans are plans given to you by your Team Owner.
Depending on permissions, you may be able to:
- Execute the plan
- Import a personal copy
- View plan information
Statement Privacy
Team Members can control how their training statement is shared inside the team.
Options may include:
Team
Your statement can be viewed by the team according to team rules.
Selected Members
Only selected members can view your statement.
Private
Your statement is private and hidden from other members where allowed.
Payment Hold
If the team subscription has a payment problem, the page may show a billing warning.
Team access may be limited until billing is resolved by the Team Owner.
Best Practices for Team Owners
- Create separate teams for different squads.
- Invite members using the correct email address.
- Keep enough seats available before inviting users.
- Assign plans only to relevant members.
- Review execution reports weekly.
- Use messages for team announcements.
- Export Team Statement reports when needed.
- Keep team plans synced from the source plan.

- Accept team invitations promptly.
- Check Assigned Team Plans regularly.
- Review team messages.
- Complete assigned training plans.
- Adjust Statement Privacy if needed.

Why can’t I invite more members?
You may not have enough available seats.
Why is a member pending?

Why can’t I see a teammate’s statement?
