Team Subscription Overview
Introduction
The iSoccer Team Subscription is designed for coaches, managers, academies, schools, and clubs that want to manage multiple players within a single training environment.
A Team Subscription allows training plans to be created, assigned, monitored, and managed centrally while still allowing players to maintain their own personal training records.
What Is a Team Subscription?
A Team Subscription provides access for:
- One Team Owner
- Multiple Team Members
The Team Owner manages the team while Team Members receive access to assigned training plans and premium training content.
Team Owner
The Team Owner is responsible for managing the team account.
Team Owners can:
- Create team training plans
- Assign plans to team members
- Invite members
- Remove members
- Manage subscription seats
- Access premium drills
- View team information
- Post team announcements
- View team leaderboards
- Monitor player progress and activity
- Review execution statements for all players, including both assigned team plans and personal plans
The Team Owner controls the overall team training environment.
Team Members
Team Members are players who have been invited to join a team.
Team Members can:
- Access assigned team plans
- Create personal training plans
- Run training sessions
- View personal results
- Access premium drills while part of an active team
- View team leaderboards
- Reply to team announcements
- Configure statement privacy settings to allow other team members or the entire team to view execution data
Team Members do not need to purchase an individual subscription while their team membership remains active.
Team Seats
A Team Subscription includes a specific number of member seats.
Each active team member occupies one seat.
Available seats determine how many players can join the team.
If all seats are used, additional seats may need to be purchased before new members can be added.
Personal Plans vs Team Plans
iSoccer supports both personal plans and assigned team plans.
Personal Plans
Personal plans:
- Belong to the individual user
- Can be created and managed by the player
- Remain attached to the user's account
Team Plans
Team plans:
- Are created by the Team Owner
- Can be assigned to team members
- Are intended for structured team development
Both personal and team training activity contribute to a player's results and training history.
Premium Drill Access
Active Team Members receive access to premium training and recovery drills while they remain part of an active team subscription.
This allows players to benefit from the same premium content available to individual subscribers.
Team Invitations
Players join teams through invitations sent by the Team Owner.
Invitations are normally linked to the player's registered email address.
Once accepted, the player becomes an active team member and gains access to team features.
Assigned Training Plans
Team Owners can create plans and assign them to players.
Assigned plans help:
- Standardise training programs
- Support player development
- Improve accountability
- Track participation
Players complete assigned plans in the same way they complete personal plans.
Team Results
Training completed through assigned team plans contributes to the player's personal results and training history.
This allows players to maintain a complete record of all training activity regardless of where the plan originated.
What Happens If a Team Membership Ends?
If a player leaves a team or the team subscription becomes inactive:
- Team plan access may be removed
- Team premium access may end
- Personal plans remain available
- Personal results remain available
Training history is not lost.
Who Should Use a Team Subscription?
A Team Subscription is ideal for:
- Soccer clubs
- Academies
- Schools
- Coaches
- Team managers
- Development programs
Any organisation managing multiple players can benefit from the additional team management tools.
