Step 1

Passing - wall passing warm up

Player passes against a wall or partner while adjusting spacing and body shape. Use this as a warm-up or foundation drill to build passing rhythm, first touch, and clean inside-foot contact.

Step 2

Passing – right two touch pass

Player uses the right foot to control the ball with the first touch and pass with the second touch. This drill improves right-foot first touch, balance, and passing accuracy.

Passing – inside foot pass and turn

Player passes to a target, receives the ball back, and uses the inside of the foot to turn into a new direction. This drill improves first touch, passing rhythm, and turning control.
