Redeeming Vouchers

Introduction

Reward points earned through iSoccer can be converted into vouchers and used to reduce future subscription costs.

The voucher system allows active users to benefit directly from their training activity, referrals, network growth, and participation within the iSoccer community.

How Voucher Redemption Works

When enough reward points have been accumulated, they can be exchanged for a voucher.

Once created, the voucher can be applied to an eligible future subscription payment for yourself or your friends.

Voucher values are generated automatically based on the number of reward points redeemed.

Current Redemption Rate

At the time of writing:

• 100 reward points = $1.00 AUD voucher value

Minimum Redemption Requirement

To create a voucher, a minimum of:

500 reward points

must be available in your Reward Wallet.

Users with fewer than 500 available points will not be able to generate a voucher.

Creating a Voucher

To redeem points:

1. Open the Results page and select the Awards tab.
2. Navigate to the Voucher Redemption section.
3. Enter the number of points you wish to redeem.
4. Review the voucher value.
5. Confirm the redemption.

The voucher will be created automatically and will be listed in the My Vouchers section for future reference and use.

What Happens After Redemption?

Once a voucher is generated:

• Points are deducted immediately from your Available Points balance.
• A unique voucher code is created.
• The voucher becomes available for future use.

Voucher creation cannot normally be reversed once completed.

Using a Voucher

Vouchers may also be gifted to other iSoccer players. A gifted voucher can be used by the recipient to reduce the cost of a new subscription or a subscription renewal, subject to eligibility requirements.

Where supported by the platform, recipients may also choose to convert the voucher value into reward points and store those points in their Reward Wallet for future use.

When purchasing or renewing an eligible subscription:

1. Proceed to checkout.
2. Enter the voucher code when prompted.
3. Apply the voucher.
4. Confirm the updated payment amount.

If the voucher is valid, the discount will be applied automatically.

Voucher Expiry

Voucher expiry periods may vary depending on the promotion or reward program in effect at the time the voucher is created.

Always review the voucher details before use.

Expired vouchers can no longer be redeemed.

Viewing Voucher History

The Rewards section provides a record of previously generated vouchers.

You may be able to view:

• Voucher code
• Creation date
• Voucher value
• Redemption status
• Expiry information

This history helps you track voucher usage over time.

Common Questions

Can I convert points directly into cash?

No.

Reward points can only be used within the iSoccer reward system and cannot normally be exchanged for cash.

Can I transfer my voucher to another user as a gift?

Yes.

iSoccer vouchers can be transferred to another user as a gift. Once a voucher has been created, you may share the voucher code with an eligible recipient, who can then apply it to a qualifying subscription purchase, subject to any applicable voucher terms and conditions.

Always review the voucher details for any restrictions, expiry dates, or eligibility requirements before transferring a voucher.

Can I cancel a voucher after creating it?

Yes.

If a voucher has not yet been used, you can cancel it and convert the voucher value back into reward points in your Reward Wallet.

Once the voucher is cancelled, the corresponding points will be returned to your available balance and can be redeemed again in the future.

Vouchers that have already been redeemed or applied to a subscription cannot be cancelled.

Tips for Maximising Voucher Value

To maximise the value of your vouchers:

• Remain active within iSoccer.
• Build your referral network.
• Share eligible training plans.
• Collect claimable points before they expire.
• Monitor upcoming reward promotions.

Over time, active participation can significantly increase the value of available rewards.
