Understanding Reward Points

Introduction

The iSoccer Rewards Program is designed to recognise and reward users for participating in the platform.

Reward points may be earned through eligible activities such as referrals, sharing a plan, promotions, community participation, and future reward campaigns.

Accumulated points can later be redeemed for vouchers, deducted from renewal invoices, and used for special offers.

What Are Reward Points?

Reward points are a virtual reward currency within iSoccer.

Points are stored in your Reward Wallet and may be used to access future rewards, vouchers, discounts, and promotional benefits.

Your current point balance can be viewed from the Rewards section.

Reward Wallet Overview

Your Reward Wallet may display several balances.

Available Points

Available Points are ready to use immediately.

These points can be redeemed for deducted renewal invoices and vouchers.

Earned Points

Earned Points represent the total number of points you have accumulated over time.

This figure includes points that may already have been redeemed or expired.

Redeemed Points

Redeemed Points show how many points have already been exchanged for rewards or vouchers.

Adjusted Points

Occasionally, points may be manually adjusted by iSoccer administrators.

Adjustments may occur for:

  • Promotional campaigns
  • Customer service resolutions
  • Testing activities
  • Special events

Claimable Points

Subscribed users can earn Claimable Points by meeting their weekly exercise targets and system default minimum exercise targets. Weekly tracking runs from Monday to Sunday based on Australia/Melbourne time.

When a weekly target is achieved, reward points will be added to the Claimable Points balance. These points are not automatically credited to the Reward Wallet.

To receive the points, players must manually collect them from the Results/Awards section. Once collected, the points will be transferred to the available balance and can be used for eligible rewards and voucher redemptions.

Some rewards may require additional validation before becoming available.

These points may appear as Claimable Points until they are processed and transferred into your available balance.

Expired Points

Weekly claimable points must be collected during the following week, from Monday to Sunday (Australia/Melbourne time). Any claimable points that are not collected within this period will expire and can no longer be redeemed.

Some promotional reward points may also expire if they are not used within the applicable validity period.

Expired points can no longer be redeemed.

How Can I Earn Reward Points?

Reward opportunities may change over time.

One of the primary ways to earn reward points is through network growth and participation within the iSoccer community.

When a subscribed user joins iSoccer through your referral link, an eligible shared training plan, or an invitation from a team owner, you may receive reward points on a weekly basis for up to three generations, subject to the applicable reward rules and eligibility requirements.

What Are Three Generations?

The three-generation reward structure allows you to earn points not only from users you directly introduce, but also from users introduced by your network.

For example:

  • Generation 1: Users who join iSoccer directly through your referral link, shared plan, or invitation.
  • Generation 2: Users who join through a Generation 1 user.
  • Generation 3: Users who join through a Generation 2 user.

If all users meet the applicable subscription and reward eligibility requirements, reward points may be credited to your Reward Wallet each week according to the current rewards program.

Examples include:

Referral Rewards

You may earn reward points when a new user joins iSoccer through your referral link and completes the required eligibility criteria.

Shared Plan Rewards

You may earn reward points when users interact with eligible shared training plans and any related reward conditions are satisfied.

Promotional Campaigns

From time to time, iSoccer may run promotions that award bonus points for specific activities.

Community and Future Activities

Additional reward opportunities may be introduced as the platform grows.

Reward opportunities may change over time.

Viewing Reward Activity

The Rewards section includes a transaction history showing how points were earned, adjusted, redeemed, or expired.

Each entry may include:

  • Transaction date
  • Point amount
  • Transaction type
  • Description or notes

This history provides a complete record of reward activity.

Redeeming Reward Points

Eligible reward points can be exchanged for vouchers.

When redeeming points:

  1. Open the Rewards section.
  2. Select Redeem.
  3. Review available voucher options.
  4. Confirm the redemption.

Points will be deducted from your available balance once the redemption is completed.

Voucher Redemptions

Redeemed vouchers may provide:

  • Discounts
  • Promotional offers
  • Subscription savings
  • Future platform benefits

Voucher availability may change over time.

Minimum Redemption Requirements

Some voucher types may require a minimum number of points before redemption is allowed.

Current redemption requirements are displayed within the Rewards section.

Important Notes

Reward points:

  • Have no direct cash value.
  • Cannot be transferred between users.
  • Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
  • May be subject to promotional terms and conditions.

Reward rules may be updated as the iSoccer Rewards Program evolves.
