Using the Dashboard

Introduction

The Dashboard is your main starting point after logging in to iSoccer.

It helps you quickly find today’s training plans, open personal and team plans, review weekly progress, track training activity, and access important account reminders.

Use the Dashboard when you want to know:

  • What should I train today?
  • Which plans are upcoming?
  • Did I miss any scheduled plans?
  • How am I progressing this week?
  • Which personal or team plans can I open?
  • How can I copy my referral link?

Opening the Dashboard

After logging in, open the Dashboard from the main navigation.

The Dashboard is only available to logged-in users.

If you are not logged in, iSoccer will ask you to log in first.

Billing and Account Warnings

If there is an important billing or subscription issue, a warning banner may appear near the top of the Dashboard.

This may relate to:

  • Subscription status
  • Billing problems
  • Required account action
  • Plan access changes

Review any warning message carefully so your training access is not interrupted.

Scheduled Plans

The Scheduled section helps you quickly find which plan to open next.

This section may include three tabs:

  • Today
  • Upcoming
  • Overdue

Today

The Today tab shows plans scheduled for today.

It may include:

  • Plans waiting to be completed today
  • Plans already completed today

Each plan appears as a folder card.

Tap or click a folder card to open the plan.

Upcoming

The Upcoming tab shows plans scheduled later in the current week.

This helps you see what training is planned next, even if it is not due today.

Upcoming plans may show:

  • Scheduled day
  • Preferred time
  • Plan type
  • Training method
  • Number of drills

Overdue

The Overdue tab shows plans missed earlier in the current week.

A plan may appear overdue if it was scheduled earlier in the week but has not been completed enough times.

Use this section to catch up on missed training.

Plan Folder Cards

Each plan on the Dashboard is displayed as a folder card.

A folder card may show:

  • Plan name
  • Personal or Team badge
  • Training or Recovery badge
  • Training method
  • Number of drills
  • Schedule reminder
  • Completion status

Tap or click the card to open the plan.

Personal Plans

Personal plans are plans you created yourself.

They may come from:

  • Plan Create
  • Templates
  • Imported shared plans
  • Your own edited training plans

Personal plans belong to your account and remain part of your training library.

Team Plans

Team plans are assigned by your Team Owner.

Team plan access may depend on team permissions.

Team plans may be controlled by your coach, manager, or team owner.

If you are part of a team, assigned team plans may appear alongside your personal plans.

Completed Today

If you complete a plan today, the Dashboard may mark it as completed.

Completed plans help you see what has already been done and avoid repeating the wrong session by mistake.

Performance Section

The Performance section helps you review weekly training progress.

It includes weekly goals, activity rings, and trend information.

The main progress areas are:

  • Training Time
  • Drills
  • Ball Touches
  • Volume

Weekly Goals

Weekly goals help you measure progress against your training targets.

Examples include:

  • Total training time goal
  • Completed drills goal
  • Ball touches goal
  • Training volume goal

Progress is calculated using your completed training activity.

Activity Rings

Activity rings show your progress for the selected week.

Each ring represents a different training metric:

  • Training Time
  • Drills
  • Ball Touches
  • Volume

You can select a ring or goal card to review more detail.

Week Filter

The Dashboard allows you to review different weeks.

Use the week arrows to move between:

  • This week
  • Previous weeks

On mobile, you may also be able to swipe across the weekly performance area to move between weeks.

Trends

The Trends section shows daily activity across the selected week.

Trends help you understand:

  • Which days you trained
  • How consistent your activity was
  • Whether your weekly progress is improving
  • Which metrics are increasing or decreasing

Reviewing trends regularly can help you build stronger training habits.

Detail Views

You may be able to open detail views for:

  • Training Time
  • Completed Drills
  • Ball Touches
  • Volume

These detail views help explain where your weekly totals came from.

For example, you may see which plans or drills contributed to your weekly training time.

My Plans

The My Plans section provides access to your available training and recovery plans.

This may include:

  • Personal plans
  • Assigned team plans
  • Training plans
  • Recovery plans

Tap or click a plan folder to open the plan.
