Understanding Player DNA

Player DNA is your personal football development profile inside iSoccer.

Unlike match statistics or natural talent assessments, Player DNA measures how your training habits, consistency and completed drills shape the type of football player you are becoming over time.

Every completed iSoccer training session contributes to your Player DNA.

What is Player DNA?

Player DNA is built from your long-term training history.

It combines:

  • Technical training
  • Physical development
  • Body-care habits
  • Weekly consistency
  • Training frequency
  • Coach review

Your Player DNA becomes more accurate as you complete more training.

Overall Player DNA

The first card on the page shows your current Overall Player DNA.

It includes:

  • Overall DNA score
  • Current development stage
  • Latest weekly DNA movement

Select How is this calculated? to see:

  • Current DNA score for every training area
  • This week's DNA growth
  • Overall calculation

Player DNA measures long-term development inside iSoccer.

It is not a measure of natural talent or match performance.

Your Playing Style represents the football identity that best matches your training history.

Examples include:

  • Clinical Finisher
  • Possession Playmaker
  • Explosive Winger
  • Defensive Powerhouse

The information button explains your current rhythm and how to improve it.

Body Care

Body Care measures how well you include recovery activities within your normal training.

This includes:

  • Stretching
  • Relaxing

Higher Body Care levels indicate a healthier long-term training balance.

The information button explains:

  • Total body-care time
  • Body-care percentage
  • Active recovery weeks
  • Suggested next target

Recent Focus

Recent Focus identifies the training area you have concentrated on most recently.

Examples include:

  • Passing
  • Speed/Agility

  • Dribbling
  • Turns
  • Skill Moves
  • Shooting

  • Goalkeeping
  • Speed/Agility

Coach Review

  • Player Story
  • Position Development
  • Biggest Improvement Opportunity
  • Weekly Training Priorities

  • Forward
  • Midfield
  • Wing
  • Defender
  • Goalkeeper
  • Balanced

You can temporarily select another position to see how your coaching advice changes.

This does not permanently change your profile.

Player Story

  • Training rhythm
  • Playing identity

As you continue training, your story evolves automatically.

Coach's Notes

Coach's Notes explain:

These recommendations are personalised to your training history.

Weekly Training Priorities

Every Coach Review finishes with recommended training priorities.

Examples include:

  • Passing
  • Shooting
  • Strength
  • Speed/Agility

These priorities help guide your next week of training.

Find My Best Next Training

Selecting Find My Best Next Training asks the AI Coach to search for the most suitable training.

Recommendations are checked in this order:

  1. Your existing Personal Plans
  2. Assigned Team Plans (if you belong to a team)
  3. Recommended Templates
  4. AI-generated training suggestions

This ensures your current training is reused whenever possible before suggesting something new.

Player DNA Evolution

Player DNA Evolution tracks how each DNA area changes over time.

For every Player DNA area you can see:

  • Current DNA
  • Peak DNA
  • Total growth
  • Latest weekly change

Weekly charts help visualise long-term improvement.

Technical, Physical and Body Care DNA

The lower part of the page breaks your Player DNA into individual development areas.

Each area displays:

  • Current DNA
  • Development level
  • Sessions completed
  • Training minutes
  • Ball touches
  • First training date

Areas with no training are marked as Not Started.

Team Members

If you belong to a Team subscription, your assigned Team Plans are automatically included when the AI Coach prepares recommendations.

This gives you the same coaching decisions that your Team Owner sees.

Individual players without a Team subscription continue using Personal Plans only.
