Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of iSoccer, including training tools, recovery tools, subscriptions, team features, referral programs, rewards, support services, and related functionality.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of iSoccer and its related websites, applications, training tools, recovery tools, team management features, subscription services, and support services.

By accessing or using iSoccer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About iSoccer

iSoccer is a digital platform designed to help players, coaches, teams, and organisations create, manage, execute, track, analyse, and improve soccer training and recovery activities.

iSoccer provides educational and training tools only and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or have permission from a parent, guardian, school, club, or authorised representative where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of iSoccer complies with local laws and regulations.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription Services

Certain features require an active paid subscription.

Subscription plans, pricing, billing intervals, trial periods, and included features may vary.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation requests take effect according to the subscription terms displayed during checkout and within the account billing area.

6. Team Plans and Team Membership

Team subscriptions may allow a team owner to invite and manage team members.

Team owners are responsible for managing assigned seats and team memberships.

Team members may lose access to team benefits if removed from a team or if the team subscription becomes inactive.

iSoccer may restrict access to team functionality where subscription requirements are not met.

7. Training and Recovery Information

Training plans, recovery plans, exercises, statistics, recommendations, and progress information are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Users should exercise appropriate judgment when performing physical activity and consult qualified professionals where necessary.

You participate in training and recovery activities at your own risk.

8. Rewards, Referrals, Promotions and Vouchers

iSoccer may provide rewards, referrals, vouchers, discount programs, promotion codes, or loyalty benefits.

These programs may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

Fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or misleading activity may result in rewards being cancelled, adjusted, or removed.

Promotion codes and rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not use iSoccer to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, abuse referral systems, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You must not impersonate another person or organisation.

10. Intellectual Property

All iSoccer software, branding, logos, designs, content, databases, features, and functionality remain the property of iSoccer or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or commercially exploit platform content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

11. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, third-party outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSoccer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the user to iSoccer during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, created security risks, or caused harm to the platform or other users.

Users may request account deletion through available account management tools.

14. Privacy

Your use of iSoccer is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions become effective when published on the iSoccer website unless otherwise stated.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
